Graeme Moffat

The following money was raised for Christian Aid in 2007:

Thanks were due to all volunteers who give of their time and efforts to raise money for Christian Aid.

Graeme was warmly thanked for giving 25 years of service to organising the Christian Aid collection at the Old High Church. 

During this time 53 volunteers had given their assistance raising £23,534.

Note:- Darrell was suddenly called away for business on the day of the ABM but he would also like to take this opportunity to offer his sincere thanks to all involved during Christian Aid week and to hope for their continued support for the coming collection (May 11 to May 17). Also, as Graeme is giving up, a new representative is required to help out with organizing the Old High end of the Congregation.

It is also suggested that Crown help to cover an adjacent patch that we currently have, to allow us to spread further into the new housing. Alastair Owens is looking into the geography of our parish boundaries and Winnie Stafford is, willing to help too.

Christian Aid AGM is in the middle of April and anyone wishing to join Darrell in what may result in some interesting debate can contact him on 238008.
