OLD HIGH MUSIC on Saturday 10 September at 12 noon: “A Scottish Mass of 1546”. The Musick Fyne Soloists, directed by James Ross, will perform Scottish Renaissance Music incorporating the ‘Inverness Fragments’, composed in the Song School close to St Michael’s Mound (the site of the Church) in 1550. These were only re-discovered in 1973 and have been re-worked into this unique, rarely performed piece of music. More details from Andrew Stevenson on ohssmusic<at>

If this is something you can help with please contact Christine MacKenzie christinemac73<at>
